Do I need a credit card?
No. Transcription is free without one, and so is your first call with live answers and full notes. Payment details are only asked for when you buy minutes or a Pro plan.
What happens when a trial ends?
Windows app trial: you move to the free plan, nothing is charged. Chrome 7-day trial: it becomes Pro at $19/month on day 8 unless you cancel in PayPal first. We email you 2 days before.
What's the catch?
AI costs money to run, so the AI is the part you pay for. Transcription stays free; live answers and notes run on credits. $3.99 buys 5,000 credits, and they never expire. A call is only charged once it gives you something, so a call that failed on audio costs nothing.
Is the free version private?
Call audio is never stored. In the Windows app, notes stay on your device and offline mode is available. In Chrome, transcripts and notes are kept only if you save calls to your library.
